Zuidam Limon Liqueur combines citrus distillate with fruit juice. Fresh lemons and limes are distilled in copper stills, and the resulting distillate is then blended with lime juice. The liqueur contains no added fragrances, colourings or flavourings. Alongside its fresh citrus character, it offers a subtle spiciness.

The liqueur can be enjoyed neat, over ice or with crushed ice. In cocktails and long drinks, it can be paired with mixers such as bitter lemon, cola or orange juice. The clear bottle holds 0.7 litres and reveals the pale yellow liqueur inside.

• Palate: On the palate, the liqueur is lively and fresh, with balanced sweetness.

Distillery/Bottler:

Zuidam is a Dutch family business in Baarle-Nassau whose history began in 1975. The distillery makes its own distillates and extracts and processes them further on site. Alongside liqueurs, its range includes genever, gin and whisky. These products are based on natural ingredients, without artificial fragrances, colourings or flavourings. Fred and Patrick van Zuidam are personally responsible for the production recipes.
