Special features: Admiral's Rum - Formidable is a premium rum from St. Lucia, distilled by St. Lucia Distillers and bottled by Admiral's Rum. The production is based on molasses distillates, produced with a 45-plate Coffey still, in use since 1985. By obtaining the distillates from the lower plates of the column, the rum gains a fuller and more complex character, suitable for long aging. The maturation takes place over a period of 10 to 15 years in American oak barrels, giving it structure and depth. The rum presents itself in a natural color and bears the hallmarks of outstanding craftsmanship and quality.
