Special Features: Almave Humo is a non-alcoholic distillate produced by Casa Lumbre Spirits in Mexico. It is based on Espadin agave, which is harvested in the Puebla region at the foot of the volcanoes. After harvesting, the agave is cooked in traditional stone ovens and then distilled in copper stills. The fermentation process is omitted in production, allowing for the creation of a non-alcoholic agave distillate. Almave Humo was developed by Lewis Hamilton and Iván Saldaña, both of whom pursue innovative approaches in the beverage industry.

This approach allows for the development of an authentic non-alcoholic agave distillate that draws on traditional mezcal techniques. Almave Humo is thus an appealing alternative to conventional alcohol-free spirits.
