This ten-year-old anCnoc matured in ex-bourbon casks and showcases the peated side of Highland single malt. The distillery uses local peat from Aberdeenshire to create its smoky character. The smoke remains balanced with the fruity and sweet notes, while vanilla and honey round out the profile.

Campfire smoke and manuka honey meet freshly cut grass. Smoky vanilla, green apple and Seville orange complement the character without allowing the peat smoke to overwhelm the fruit.

Knockdhu Distillery began operating in 1894 in the Highland village of Knock. It continues to use copper stills, wooden washbacks and dunnage warehouses. Its single malt is marketed under the anCnoc name, and Inver House Distillers Ltd. owns the brand. This expression is an official bottling from Knockdhu Distillery.
