This Aultmore was distilled in October 2010 and bottled by Hart Brothers in March 2024 as a 13-year-old single-cask release. Its natural cask strength is 56.1%. The whisky is non-chill-filtered, contains no added colouring and comes in a 0.7-litre bottle with a tube.

Its profile combines floral notes, green fruit and citrus with light vanilla. Creamy barley sweetness and honey provide a soft counterpoint, while white pepper, mint, herbal notes and dry spice round out its character.

Distillery/Bottler:

Aultmore began production in 1897 under its founder, Alexander Edward. To mark its 125th anniversary, the distillery announced an expansion involving additional fermenters and stills as well as a heat-recovery system.

Iain and Donald Hart founded Hart Brothers in 1964 as a wine and spirits wholesaler and Scotch whisky blender; Alistair Hart joined as Chief Blender in 1975. The company sources distinctive malt and grain whiskies, allows selected stocks to mature further and decides whether to bottle individual casks after careful tasting. Hart Brothers bottled this Aultmore after 13 years of maturation.
