Belvedere Organic Vodka 200ml

Volume: 0.2 litres | Alcohol content: 40% | Chill filtration: Yes | Colouring: No

Special Features:

Belvedere Organic Vodka is made from fully certified organic Polish rye and purified water. The recipe contains no additives; its delicate sweet and spicy impressions are part of the spirit’s character. Alongside vanilla and almonds, there is a hint of white pepper.

The transition to organic rye cultivation began long before harvest: the fields underwent a three-year conversion period before certified seed was sown. Harvest followed another ten months later. Belvedere Organic is certified to EU and USDA organic standards. The bottle offered here contains 0.2 litres at 40% alcohol and comes without gift packaging.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, vanilla and cream feel soft and inviting.
• Palate: On the palate, the vodka feels full and rounded, with a medium body and a soft, rich, velvety texture. Delicate vanilla moves between sweet and savoury impressions. Black pepper and other spice notes add subtle accents.
• Finish: The lingering finish brings together almonds, thick cream and a delicate hint of Brazil nuts.

Distillery/Bottler:

Belvedere is produced in Żyrardów, Poland. The distillery has operated since 1910, while the Belvedere brand was launched in 1993. Production uses Polish rye and purified water from the distillery’s own artesian wells. Fire provides the heat for distillation.

The distillery has also changed its energy supply: a biomass plant supplies the site with renewable energy and provides additional energy to neighbouring communities. This change in its operational energy supply complements the organic cultivation of its raw materials.
