Belvedere 10 is made from a single harvest of organically grown Diamond rye from one field on an estate in north-eastern Poland. Produced annually in small batches, this edition is distilled four times and then rests for exactly ten months. This resting period brings the aromas together and supports a velvety mouthfeel; coconut, cocoa and sweet dessert notes shape its character.

The production process comprises ten steps and draws on the distillery’s beginnings in 1910. The ground rye is processed into a fermentable mash under controlled heating, then fermented with selected yeasts. After four rounds of distillation, the spirit is mixed with water and filtered through activated carbon before the ten-month resting period begins. The faceted glass bottle is designed with ten tiers, reflecting the number of production steps.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, coconut, cocoa and vanilla mingle with a fresh hint of lemon.
• Palate: An opulent, creamy mouthfeel is followed by a light honey sweetness, accompanied by distinct accents of caramel and green coffee.
• Finish: The finish is elegant and smooth, with lingering nuances of nut praline and bold dark cocoa.

Distillery/Bottler:

Polmos Żyrardów Sp. z o.o. produces Belvedere 10 at the historic distillery in Żyrardów, Poland. Vodka has been made there since 1910; the Belvedere brand was established in 1993. The distillery processes rye and now uses a biomass plant to supply renewable energy. Belvedere belongs to Moët Hennessy, LVMH’s wine and spirits division.
