Berlin Air 3 liters

Volume: 3 litres | Alcohol content: 18% | Colouring: No

Special Features:

This large-format bottle stands out for its presentation as well: the peppermint liqueur is bottled by hand, and the bottle has an integrated pourer. The 3-litre version contains the classic Berliner Luft at 18% alcohol and comes in gift packaging.

This clear, vegan liqueur is made in Berlin without added colouring. Peppermint and delicate sweetness combine to create a fresh flavour. Serve it well chilled, either neat or in cocktails and long drinks.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Cool mint on the nose has a light, ethereal quality.
• Palate: Peppermint takes centre stage on the palate. A delicate sweetness balances its ethereal character.
• Finish: Cooling menthol notes and well-integrated sweetness linger through the long finish, joined by hints of mint pastilles and a little lemon balm.

Distillery/Bottler:

Berliner Luft is produced by SCHILKIN GmbH & Co. KG BERLIN, based in Berlin-Kaulsdorf. Alongside peppermint liqueur, its range includes vodka, dry gin, brandy and herbal liqueurs. The company preserves traditional family recipes for its vodkas.

Spirits production at SCHILKIN includes processing raw materials and additional ingredients according to established recipes, as well as laboratory analysis. Quality checks cover the finished products, bottles and packaging. The hand-bottled large-format Berliner Luft thus complements a range that also uses modern bottling equipment.
