Signatory Vintage's 100 Proof Edition #64 presents a Blair Athol single malt distilled in 2014 and matured for eleven years in second-fill Oloroso sherry butts. The edition takes its name from 100 Imperial Proof, equivalent to 57.1% ABV; the whisky was bottled in 2025.

The whisky is not chill-filtered and contains no colouring. Its character combines sultanas, toffee and fruitcake with citrus peel, toasted nuts, malt, dark chocolate and spicy oak.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose combines sultanas, dried orange and toffee with honey, malt, nuts and a delicate touch of Oloroso-influenced oak spice.
• Palate: The whisky is full-bodied and warming on the palate, with dark fruitcake, toasted nuts, bitter chocolate, sherry sweetness and robust barley malt defining the flavour.
• Finish: The finish is long, with lingering notes of dried fruit, toffee, dry spices and gentle oak.

Distillery/Bottler:

Founded in 1798, Blair Athol Distillery is located in Pitlochry in the Scottish county of Perthshire. It produced the Highland single malt used for this bottling, while a significant share of its output also goes into Bell's Blended Scotch Whisky.

Signatory Vintage bottled the whisky as Edition #64 of its 100 Proof range. The company operates as an independent bottler and releases limited bottlings under its own name.
