Special features: This 25-year-old Bowmore was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2023 by Signatory Vintage as part of the "Symingtons Choice" series. The bottling was done at cask strength with 55.9% ABV. The maturation in Oloroso sherry cask No. 2422 gave the whisky a deep dark color and complex aromas. With only 616 bottles, this release is a rare rarity for collectors and connoisseurs.
