This bottling is created from a combination of five first-fill Oloroso sherry casks and thirteen first-fill Oloroso sherry barriques from Bodegas Hidalgo – La Gitana. The anonymity of the distillery was deliberately chosen to focus solely on the character of the whisky. With an aging of 10 years, this whisky presents itself smoky and complex in its flavor diversity.
