The flavour profile also includes delicate hints of marzipan. The gin can be enjoyed neat or used in drinks, for example with cola and a lime wedge.

• Nose: The nose offers ripe, juicy cherries with a sweet-and-tart aroma. Delicate almond notes recall cherry stones, accompanied by a bitter edge of juniper.
• Palate: On the palate, the gin opens with juicy cherry sweetness, followed by gentle acidity. The texture is velvety. Juniper and a little spice complement the fruit.
