Special Features:

Cîroc uses French grapes rather than grain or potatoes, combining winemaking techniques with five distillations. The large 3-litre bottle contains the classic grape vodka at 40%.

The Mauzac Blanc grapes from Gaillac are allowed to ripen for longer and are harvested at low temperatures to preserve their fruity freshness. They are then cold-fermented and distilled four times. This distillate is blended with a Ugni Blanc grape spirit that has also been distilled four times. The fifth and final distillation takes place in a traditional copper pot still.

The three-litre edition brings the classic Ultra-Premium Vodka to the bar or festive table in a large format. It can be enjoyed on its own over ice or in mixed drinks; its smooth texture and delicate fruit notes also suit a Vodka Martini or Cosmopolitan.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, Cîroc is fresh and clean. Delicate citrus notes accompany a subtle grape aroma and light floral accents.
• Palate: On the palate, it is soft and smooth, with a silky texture. Gently fruity grape notes, subtle sweetness and fresh citrus tones combine with a clean mouthfeel.
• Finish: The finish is dry and clean. It is refreshing and leaves a gentle, smooth mouthfeel.

Distillery/Bottler:

Master Distiller Jean-Sébastien Robicquet developed Cîroc for Diageo. He studied oenology in Bordeaux and worked in the Cognac business before founding Maison Villevert in 2001. His family has been involved in Cognac and winegrowing for centuries. His knowledge of grapes and wine led to a vodka that was launched in 2003.

Maison Villevert produces Cîroc in France in partnership with Diageo, which includes the brand in its international vodka portfolio. The independent family-owned company also develops other grape-based spirits. Its sites include the historic Manoir de Villevert and Adéona, a production and packaging centre.
