Special features: The CLAIRIN Sajous 2023 is produced at the Chelo distillery by Michel Sajous in the Haitian village of Saint Michel de l’Attalaye. This rum is made from pure sugarcane juice of the Cristalline variety, which is harvested fully ripe. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with wild yeasts, resulting in an authentic and unadulterated flavor. After double distillation in traditional pot stills, the rum is bottled undiluted and unfiltered, emphasizing its powerful and untamed nature.
