Special features: The first single pot still whiskey from the Clonakilty Distillery, which has been processing malted and unmalted barley from its own family fields since 2019. Maturation took place in the maritime coastal region near the Atlantic coast, giving the whiskey a special touch. Ex-bourbon, Amontillado, and Oloroso sherry casks were used for cask maturation, imparting complex flavors to the distillate.
