After the grape harvest, the wine aged for 18 months in oak barrels and is presented in an elegant wooden box with a volume of 2.25 liters. With an alcohol content of 20%, this port wine is characterized by its unfiltered bottling. This product is an original bottling that has taken place directly at the production site.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: The nose offers aromas of ripe cherries, strawberries, and cherry brandy, complemented by black plums, dark chocolate, anise, as well as notes of wild herbs and rock rose.
- Palate: On the palate, there is a concentrated, energetic, and firmly structured taste with intense red and black fruit aromas, framed by peppery tannins and a mineral structure.
