Special features: This bottling from the Recollection Series by Gordon & MacPhail presents a 39-year-old Convalmore Single Malt, which was bottled in June 2024 at an impressive cask strength of 51.1% vol. in a limited edition (108 bottles). The whisky matured in a refill sherry hogshead, which imparts complex aromas. The series honors the long history of long-closed distilleries with artistically designed labels and an elegant box, including the Convalmore Distillery, which has been silent since 1985, in the heart of Speyside.
