Special features: The Copeland Irish Gin is produced at the Copeland Distillery, founded in 2016 in Donaghadee, Northern Ireland. Production began in 2019 with a focus on artisanal distillation in small batches. The distillery uses three copper pot stills, one of which is specifically designated for gin production. The botanicals, including pine needles and orange peels, are soaked in alcohol for 16-24 hours before being distilled. After distillation, the gin matures for two weeks before being bottled.

The gin is diluted to 45% ABV after distillation and matures for two weeks before being bottled. This ensures a precise production of a high-quality gin.
