Special features: This noble mirabelle brandy is double distilled from fully ripe fruits of the region, with the aromas concentrated through careful fermentation and distillation. The brandies mature for years, partly in wooden, glass, or stainless steel barrels, before the drinking alcohol content is adjusted to 40% vol.
