Daiyame Shochu
Special features: Daiyame Shochu is a Japanese spirit made from the special 'Koujuku-imo' sweet potato. This Shochu is produced at the Denzouingura distillery, which is part of the Hamada Shuzo distillery founded in 1868 in Kagoshima. The production process includes a unique aging method to intensify the flavors. With an alcohol content of 25%, Daiyame is offered in a convenient 720 ml bottle as an original bottling.
