This Dalmore was distilled on 4 June 2014, initially matured in Bourbon Barrels and finished for more than two years in 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts #3 and #6. Signatory Vintage bottled the twelve-year-old Highland Single Malt in June 2026 at 46% for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, with no added colouring and without chill filtration.
The long Oloroso finish combines dark chocolate, roasted coffee and dry sherry notes with the bottling’s citrus character. Orange and vanilla keep it bright and approachable despite its nutty depth and dry spice.

As the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage selected the casks, carried out the Oloroso finish and bottled the whisky. Founded by Andrew Symington in 1988, the company conducts its bottling and warehousing activities at the Edradour site in Pitlochry.
