Davidoff XO Prestige combines a silky texture with cedarwood, candied fruit, cocoa and spice notes. Its concentrated style brings fruit, spice and wood together in a balanced whole.

The selected eaux-de-vie mature for at least ten years in French oak casks. The cognac is offered at 40% in a 0.7-litre bottle with gift packaging.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose opens with cedarwood, followed by sweet candied fruit and pronounced cocoa aromas. Delicate spice notes accompany these impressions.
• Palate: On the palate, the cognac is intense yet soft and silky. Delicate liquorice notes are followed by clove and walnut, before a hint of mint rounds out the flavour.
• Finish: The finish is long, soft and elegant, with delicate sweetness and a pleasant woody note.

Distillery/Bottler:

Zino Davidoff SA in Basel owns the DAVIDOFF brand for cognac and includes XO in its cognac collection. The eaux-de-vie used in Davidoff cognacs mature in Saint-Fort-sur-Gironde in the Fins Bois area. The cellar lies between vineyards, woodland and the Gironde estuary; Atlantic mist and a mild microclimate shape the maturation conditions. Limestone-rich soils are another distinctive feature of this location.
