Special features: The Dingle 10 Year Single Malt Irish Whiskey represents a significant step for the Dingle Distillery, as it was the first permanently available bottling to be included in the core range. This whiskey matures in a combination of bourbon, port, and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, resulting in a complex array of flavors. It is bottled at 46.5% ABV in a non-chill-filtered and uncolored form, preserving the authenticity and depth of flavor. The newly designed bottle features the silhouette of the legendary “Wren Boy” from Dingle, a symbol of the distillery's close connection to its home.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Inviting aromas of juicy pears and apricots, accompanied by zesty lime peels and fresh mint.
• Palate: Full-bodied with notes of garden fruits, creamy caramel, and fine oak spice, complemented by sweet raisins and vanilla pudding.
• Finish: Long and spicy, with a fruit-forward aftertaste of honey bread and a hint of allspice.

Distillery/Bottler: The Dingle Distillery was founded in 2012 by brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley. It is located in a former sawmill in Dingle, County Kerry, Ireland. The distillery is known for its artisanal production and the use of traditional methods, including triple distillation in copper pot stills. In addition to whiskey, Dingle also produces gin and vodka.
