Dolomiti Alte Haselnuss draws its character from the combination of hazelnut and several years of maturation in wooden casks. It belongs to Dolomiti’s Alte Sorten range, whose distillates first mature in stoneware and are stored in stainless steel tanks before being refined in wooden casks. Alte Haselnuss uses an oak barrique.

The wood adds delicate roasted and vanilla notes to the gentle hazelnut character without overshadowing it. Sweet nutty aromas and pleasant alcoholic warmth define this speciality. It is suitable for drinking neat after a meal or as a digestif. This Austrian spirit comes in a 1-litre bottle at 36% alcohol.

For the Alte Sorten range, Dolomiti combines maturation in stoneware and storage in stainless steel with subsequent refinement in wooden casks.
