Special Features:

Dolomiti Alte Marille develops its gentle, fruit-led character through two stages of maturation. The apricot distillate first rests in an earthenware vessel before continuing to mature in a barrique cask. Maturation in wood adds a subtle cask note and a golden-yellow colour.

The spirit is made from ripe, juicy apricots picked by hand. Gentle vacuum distillation preserves their distinctive fruit character. It is bottled at 36% alcohol in a 1 litre bottle and can be enjoyed neat at room temperature.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Intense apricot aromas lead on the nose, accompanied by light floral notes and a subtle woody note.
• Palate: The spirit is gentle and full-bodied on the palate. Fruity apricot notes combine with subtle sweetness and delicate wood notes.
• Finish: The finish remains gentle and fruity, with the delicate wood note lingering.

Dolomiti uses hand-selected ingredients and modern distillation technology: vacuum distillation allows gentle distillation at low temperatures, preserving the characteristic fruit aromas. Subsequent maturation is another important part of its approach.
