Distillery/Bottler: The Edradour Distillery, founded in 1825, is considered one of the smallest and most traditional distilleries in Scotland. It is located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and is known for its artisanal production of limited single malts. Since 2002, it has been owned by Andrew Symington, the founder of the independent bottler Signatory Vintage, and Edradour stands for authentic craftsmanship and innovative cask maturations.
