Distilled in May 2014 and bottled in January 2025, this 11-year-old single malt matured in first-fill casks that previously held fine Sauvignon Blanc from the St. Michael-Eppan winery in South Tyrol. This special cask maturation imparts a unique fruitiness and minerality to the whisky. With only 1,623 bottles filled, this whisky is a rare collector's item.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fresh aromas of green apple peel, citrus fruits, and white grapes, accompanied by floral notes and a hint of vanilla. A light touch of spices like white pepper and mint adds complexity.
