Distillery/Bottler: The Edradour Distillery is located in the Scottish Highlands and is one of the oldest and smallest distilleries in Scotland. Under the leadership of Andrew Symington, founder of Signatory Vintage, production is traditional and labor-intensive. The distillery is known for its diverse single malts, ranging from gentle and fruity to smoky and complex. The maturation in high-quality bourbon casks gives the whiskies their characteristic smoothness and depth.
