This flavoured whiskey transforms Elvis Presley's famous snack of peanut butter, banana and bacon into a deliberately sweet and savoury flavour profile. Grain & Barrel Spirits launched Midnight Snack in April 2023 as the third release in the Elvis Whiskey collection, which debuted in 2021. The whiskey is bottled at 70 proof, equivalent to 35%, and can be served neat, over ice or in an Old Fashioned.

The composition is defined by the contrast between sweet and savoury notes. Peanut butter and ripe banana shape its creamy core, while a subtle smoky bacon note adds a salty, savoury dimension. The resulting flavour profile combines sweetness, saltiness and smoke.
