Special features: The Fettercairn Vanguard Single Malt represents the beginning of the innovative Vanguard Series from the Fettercairn Distillery. This single malt has been aged for 14 years in first-fill ex-bourbon casks and then refined for two years in custom-made hybrid oak casks. These hybrid casks combine American oak with heads made from Scottish Highland oak, resulting in a unique tasting experience.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Warm floral honey, ripe pineapple, Alphonso mangoes, fine fresh raspberries, and delicate pastry spices.
• Palate: Lively balance of fresh and exotic tropical fruits such as grilled pineapple, mangoes, and dried apricots, accompanied by fine spicy wood notes.
• Finish: A long, harmonious finish with notes of red berries and cassia cinnamon that rounds off the enjoyment.
