Duncan Taylor Five Star combines selected malt and grain whiskies to create a light, approachable blended Scotch. The whiskies mature in oak casks, and the blend is bottled at 40% in its distinctive handled bottle holding 1.75 litres. Its versatile style can be enjoyed neat or in long drinks and cocktails.

Dried pineapple, honey and Pilsner malt define the light, fruity profile. Lemongrass, pastry, raisin bran and cinnamon add herbal, cereal-like and gently spicy impressions.

Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky Limited is an independent bottler based in Huntly, Aberdeenshire. The company was founded in Glasgow in 1938 as a cask broker and trading house. Euan Shand acquired the company in 2001 and continued the business in his home town of Huntly. Since 2014, Duncan Taylor has operated an expanded facility there for blending, storing and bottling whisky. Five Star is bottled under the company’s own name as a blended Scotch.
