Special features: The Fortaleza Blanco Tequila is produced in the historic distillery "La Fortaleza" in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, using traditional methods. The agave hearts are cooked in brick ovens, crushed with a volcanic stone tahona, and fermented in open wooden barrels. The double distillation takes place in handcrafted copper pot stills. This tequila represents the essence of blue Weber agave in its purest form.
