Special features: This rare Single Cask Rum was created from a collaboration between Wu Dram Clan and FRC, presenting extraordinary rums beyond the mainstream with the Dos Delinquentes project. The rum initially matured for over eleven years in the tropical, humid climate of Fiji, before being further refined in European cellars from 2017 to 2024, which significantly contributes to its creamy texture. Distilled in the Jamaican style in pot stills with retorts, it unfolds a powerful aroma, accentuated by fresh bourbon barrels. The bottling was done without chill filtration or color additives and is limited to 256 bottles.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Intense start with salty sea breeze, accompanied by notes of olives, anchovies, tar, and seawater. A hint of fresh rubber rounds off the complex bouquet. With water, licorice and machine grease emerge, enhancing the depth and complexity.
• Palate: Despite the 72.5% alcohol, the rum is velvety and creamy. Tropical fruits like ripe banana and juicy pineapple are perfectly complemented by tar, rubber, and olive notes. A fine, fishy nuance hints at anchovies, while baked creaminess in the background refines the experience.
• Finish: Long-lasting, complex, and intense. Grapefruit notes dominate, accompanied by a salty aftertaste that elegantly underscores its maritime origin. The creamy texture remains present until the end.
