Special features: A fascinating collaboration between two independent bottlers, Wu Dram Clan and FRC, who aim to delight discerning rum lovers outside the mainstream with the Dos Delinquentes series. This single cask rum from the Enmore EHP pot still, the world's only still-operating wooden Coffey still, impresses with its complex barrel aging process: starting in bourbon casks, further maturing in Armagnac casks, and finally in second-fill rum barrels. Bottling took place in 2024 at cask strength with 49.3% ABV, limited to only 204 bottles, neat and without coloring.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Aromatically complex with notes of tropical fruits, vanilla and a hint of spices as well as subtle woody elegance.
• Palate: Full-bodied, lively and warm with aromas of ripe banana, caramel, oak and a light fruit acidity, influenced by the Armagnac and rum barrels.
• Finish: Long lasting, spicy with a subtle sweetness and a delicate hint of leather and dried fruit.

Distillery/Bottler: The rum comes from Guyana, specifically from the historic Enmore Sugar Estate, whose wooden pot still has existed since 1832 and is now part of the Demerara Distillers company in the Diamond complex. It is bottled by Oldman Spirits in collaboration with Wu Dram Clan and FRC, whose joint Dos Delinquentes series stands for authentic, exciting rum expressions and specifically appeals to lovers of special single-cask bottlings.
