Special features: This rare single malt whisky from the renowned GlenAllachie Distillery in the Scottish Speyside region has been aged for over 30 years in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. Under the guidance of the experienced Master Distiller Billy Walker, a limited release was created, bottled at natural cask strength of 49.1%. Without chill filtration and without the addition of colorants, this whisky presents itself in its purest form.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Dark chocolate, honeycomb, and raisin butter, accompanied by hints of muscovado sugar, plum syrup, and glazed almonds.
• Palate: Rich cocoa, heather honey, and chocolate raisins, followed by baking spices and molasses, with notes of Black Forest cherry cake, grape must, and orchard fruits.
• Finish: Long and complex, with lingering aromas of dark chocolate, honey, and spices.

Distillery/Bottler: The GlenAllachie Distillery was founded in 1967 and is located in the heart of the Speyside region. After several changes of ownership, a consortium led by Billy Walker took over the distillery in 2017. Walker, an experienced whisky maestro, led the distillery to international recognition and focused on high-quality single malts.
