The whisky undergoes maturation in American oak casks, followed by a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez sherry butts from Andalusia, resulting in a complex flavor profile. With an alcohol content of 46%, it offers both depth and character.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: The nose reveals lush aromas of Christmas pudding, dried figs, and dark chocolate, with cedar wood and cloves shaping the bouquet.
- Palate: Sweet layers of maple syrup, syrup candies, and plums, paired with maraschino cherries, brandy butter, and Black Forest cherry cake, present themselves on the palate.
