Tasting Notes:
- Nose: On the nose, rich and aromatic with sour cherry, raisin, and spiced pecan toffee, layered with marzipan and Medjool date caramel.
- Palate: On the palate, seductively smooth and complex with a crescendo of glazed cherries and sultana cake, cinnamon-raisin-nut toffee, and chocolate-hazelnut coffee cream.
- Finish: The finish is long-lasting with sherry fruitiness, nutty depth, and subtle oak spice.
