Glendullan 2012/2024 - 11 yo - Signatory 100 PROOF Edition #32
59.20 CHF
Volume: 0.7 liters | Alcohol content: 57.1% | Non-chill-filtered | No coloring
The 100 Proof Edition #31 uses first- and second-fill Oloroso sherry butts. The Bunnahabhain 2016/2024 is a classic from northwest Islay, which, unlike most of its island neighbors, is unpeated. The distillery's two steam-heated raw spirit tanks are considered the largest in all of Scotland. The pear-shaped, round spirit stills produce an intensely spicy distillate.
Located on the outskirts of Dufftown, in the heart of Speyside, the Glendullan Distillery is best known for its Singleton brand. With the Glendullan 2012/2024, Signatory proves that the distillery on the banks of the River Fiddich also boasts other gems. In this case, it was first-fill sherry butts that produced a highly aromatic eleven-year-old single malt.
The Signatory 100 Proof Edition #33, featuring the Benrinnes 2011/2024, is a sumptuous Speyside whisky. Distilled with little return in small intermediate stills, the fruity new make matured for 13 years in first-fill sherry butts.
The Mortlach 2013/2024 distillery is named after the original name of the village of Dufftown. It operates six large, differently shaped pot stills and combines double and triple distilled spirits in the final raw spirit. For Signatory's 100 Proof Edition #34, this spirit matured for eleven years in Oloroso sherry butts.
