The limited first edition of 2025 brings Glenfiddich together with the Aston Martin Formula One Team. The partnership draws on the importance of intuition, precision and craftsmanship in both whisky making and racing. This 16-year-old single malt marries whiskies from American oak wine casks, new American oak casks and second-fill bourbon casks. The cask combination emphasises rich sweetness and a silky texture without obscuring Glenfiddich’s fruity character.

The whisky is offered at 43% alcohol in a 0.7-litre bottle with a tube.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, sweet notes recall a biscuit cheesecake base and maple syrup, joined by caramelised ginger and a hint of toasted oak.
• Palate: On the palate, fruit salad and Chantilly cream meet a silky, syrupy mouthfeel.
• Finish: The finish is very smooth and leaves a lingering sweetness.

Distillery/Bottler:

William Grant began building the Glenfiddich distillery in Dufftown with his nine children in 1886. Spirit first flowed from its stills on Christmas Day 1887. Glenfiddich remains part of the family-run company William Grant & Sons.

Malt Master Brian Kinsman assesses Glenfiddich’s whiskies before approving them for release. The 16-year-old partnership edition is bottled by Glenfiddich.
