Glengoyne 21 y.o. - Sherry Casks is a 21-year-old, non-smoky Highland single malt matured entirely in European first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. The long maturation combines ripe fruit and dark sweetness with spicy oak.

This 0.7-litre bottling is presented at 43%, with its natural colour, no added colouring and no chill filtration.

Red apple, spiced strudel, toffee, sherry, dried fruit and fruitcake shape the nose. On the palate, sherry combines with honey and oak, while cinnamon adds an accent towards the end. The finish remains long, sherry-led, spicy, warm and dry.
