Special Features:

This 15-year-old Glentauchers has a bourbon cask finish. It is one of the two single malts with which Aceo Limited launched its Osprey brand on 26 March 2026 during World Osprey Week.

Tropical fruit and honey give the whisky its fruity sweetness, complemented by pastry, creamy malt, citrus and vanilla. The whisky is offered at 46% ABV in a 0.7-litre bottle with a gift box. It is non-chill filtered and contains no added colouring.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose offers ripe tropical fruit, honey with a floral note and delicate pastry.
• Palate: Creamy malt, lively citrus notes and vanilla sweetness come together on the palate.
• Finish: The long finish fades with citrus notes and honeyed sweetness.

Distillery/Bottler:

Glentauchers is located in Speyside. James Buchanan and W. P. Lowrie founded the distillery in 1897 on a field belonging to Tauchers Farm. The single malt in this Osprey bottling comes from there.

Aceo Limited released the Glentauchers under its Osprey brand. The range began with this 15-year-old whisky and a ten-year-old Braeval. Its name recalls the return of the osprey to Speyside. Managing director Edward Odim, who previously produced wildlife films about ospreys, linked the brand’s launch to a partnership with the Loch Garten Osprey Centre.
