The Hercynian Distilling Co. has been producing whiskies in the Harz region since 2002 and specializes in a variety of whisky styles. This original bottling has an alcohol content of 48% and a volume of 700 ml. The whisky is not chill-filtered, which emphasizes its aromatic profile.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: The nose reveals aromas of peach, banana, tangerine, caramel, and chocolate, accompanied by subtle smoky notes.
- Palate: On the palate, ripe fruits, sweet notes, caramel, as well as spicy accents and subtle smoke present themselves.
