Gold47 is a Slovenian premium London Dry gin made with a recipe comprising 47 natural botanical extracts. Star anise and almond form its core; the ingredients are macerated in neutral grain alcohol, distilled slowly under controlled conditions in several stages, then left to rest. During this resting period, the flavours meld together.

The aromatic interplay opens with the warm, slightly sweet spice of star anise. This is followed by a soft almond note with nutty depth and a velvety, almost creamy texture. Juniper, fresh herbal notes and a subtle citrus accent complement these two leading notes.
