Sibiberry is the 40% distilled gin from Velika Polana, combining haskap berries from Sibiberry Farm with juniper and a complex ensemble of botanicals.

The rare haskap fruit is also known as Siberian blueberry and is grown at Sibiberry Farm in Velika Polana.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Ripe dark berries shape the aroma, particularly fresh blackberries. A subtle juniper note accompanies the fruit.
• Palate: A clean opening is followed by sweet blackberry and raspberry notes and the flavour of fresh blueberries, combined with juniper. The berry fruit develops into notes of goji berries, aronia and redcurrants. Subtle almond and anise notes, along with a herbal undertone, complement the fruity sweetness.
• Finish: The finish is medium in length and remains fruity.

Kiss of Immortality d.o.o. produces this distilled gin in Slovenia for the Heaven & Hell brand. The brand is based in Velika Polana, in the Prekmurje region with its plain along the Mura River. For Sibiberry, the producer uses haskap berries from the local Sibiberry Farm; the gin is an official bottling.
