Special features: Hibiki Harmony Momoyama is a limited edition of Hibiki Japanese Harmony, created in collaboration with the Kyoto kimono house Chiso. The bottling combines malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. The bottle is presented in an artistically designed gift packaging that features floral motifs and bold color accents, reflecting the change of the Japanese seasons. Bottled at 43% vol., it contains 700 ml of the harmonious blend.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The aroma begins delicately and florally with rose and lychee. Fresh herbal notes follow, before sandalwood and more mature wood add depth to the aroma.
• Palate: On the palate, a gentle honey sweetness develops initially. Candied orange peel adds a fruity freshness and slight bitterness, while white chocolate provides a soft, creamy nuance.
• Finish: The finish remains soft and harmonious. Subtle spice, light fruit sweetness, and a restrained impression of Mizunara oak accompany the whisky for some time.

The limited edition Hibiki Harmony Momoyama honors Japanese craftsmanship through a unique bottle design developed in collaboration with the Kyoto kimono house Chiso.
