Huckleberry Gin The Strongest takes Huckleberry's berry-led, spicy recipe to a particularly high alcohol strength of 77%. A total of 22 botanicals and fresh blueberries shape this gin. The recipe includes juniper, angelica root, ginger, cinnamon and lavender, as well as lemon peel, elderflowers, hop blossoms, peppermint and raspberries. Blueberries give the gin both its name and its distinctive fruity character.

The gin is distilled three times, with the blueberries added during the final distillation stage. Natural spices and fresh berries provide its aromatic character, without added flavourings or flavour enhancers. This high-strength edition is suited to cocktails such as a Gimlet. It is neither chill-filtered nor coloured.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, bold juniper appears alongside fresh blueberries, raspberries and citrus peel. Lavender and elderflowers add floral accents.
• Palate: On the palate, the gin is powerful and concentrated. Pronounced juniper and berry fruit combine with ginger, cinnamon and delicate herbal notes; despite the high alcohol strength, the overall impression remains balanced.
• Finish: The long, intense finish carries lingering blueberries, juniper and spices. A fruity berry sweetness remains.

Distillery/Bottler:

Huckleberry is the brand of Munich-based Finest Beverages GmbH. Max and Jens founded the company in 2018; the idea for the gin began as a shared project among friends. The design also remained within their circle of friends: Julian drew the brand's label.

For its craft production, the team works with a distillery in the Black Forest. Its distiller, Bernd, is the third generation to run the business. Huckleberry thus brings together recipe development by the Munich brand and the distilling experience of the Black Forest producer.
