Special features: This 31-year-old single malt from the now-closed Imperial distillery was bottled at cask strength. The limited edition of just 115 bottles comes from a single bourbon cask (No. 2072) and is presented in an elegant tube that highlights the character of the Speyside region.

- Nose: Intense notes of ripe fruit, vanilla and subtle spices, accompanied by a fine malt sweetness.
