Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Ripe strawberries and dark cherries meet spicy wood smoke. Behind them, blackberries, plums, and a hint of fruitcake unfold, accompanied by hearty pepper and a salty sea breeze.
• Palate: On the palate, rich and with an oily texture, stewed red berries, sultanas, and a touch of sun-dried figs lay on the tongue. A bit of cinnamon, oak spice, and dense peat smoke provide strong depth.
• Finish: Long and persistent, carried by sweet smoke and charcoal. Spicy notes and vanilla fade away, while matured fruit and a dry tannin hint linger.

Distillery/Bottler: The Isle of Raasay Distillery is Scotland's first legal distillery on the Isle of Raasay, founded in 2017. It uses water from a Celtic Iron Age well and distills in copper pot stills. Maturation takes place in various oak casks. The Na Sia Single Cask Series reflects the individual characteristics of the bottlings.
