This 0.35-litre bottling presents Old No. 7 in an updated design and compact format. The Tennessee whiskey is made from corn, rye and malted barley with iron-free water from Cave Spring, then distilled twice. Before maturation, the new make drips through sugar maple charcoal. The whiskey subsequently matures in new, charred American white oak barrels. This charcoal mellowing method, known as the Lincoln County Process, contributes to the smooth character of Old No. 7.

Caramel, vanilla and wood form a balanced profile complemented by light fruitiness. The traditional square bottle and black-and-white label remain defining design elements of this smaller edition. Its compact format is particularly suitable for discovering the whiskey or stocking a smaller home bar.

Distillery/Bottler:

The Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg was established in the 1830s and registered by Jack Daniel in 1866. It is regarded as the first registered distillery in the United States and has belonged to the Brown-Forman Corporation since 1956. Old No. 7 is produced and bottled in Lynchburg; charcoal mellowing and maturation in new, charred white oak barrels are among the distillery’s defining production steps.
