Special features: The Kanosuke Distillery, located on Fukiagehama Beach in southwestern Japan, utilizes the mild climate and unique conditions of the East China Sea for accelerated and intense whisky maturation. Equipped with three specially shaped pot stills, complex and profound aromas are created through different neck shapes and lyne arm angles. The 2023 Limited Edition combines matured peat whiskies from 2018/2019, which were aged in oak barrels previously used for “Mellowed Kozuru” Shochu and Sherry. This gives the bottling a fascinating connection of sweetness, fruitiness, and smoky notes.

• Palate: Herbal aromas, apple pie, and gentle cinnamon spice unfold in balance
